Our Six Simple Application Steps

Step 1

Preparation Includes shot blasting and/or diamond grinding. Dust is minimized by having all grinders hooked up to vacuum systems

Step 2

Our menders and fillers are used to fix pits and cracks before the process begins. Our mender is 10x stronger than concrete.

Step 3

Adpor's 100% soilds, self-priming pure polyurea base coat is mixed and applied. Our basecoat bonds with the concrete and grows roots into the concrete. ​

Step 4

Immediately after the basecoat application, the chips are generously broadcast by hand, providing both color and texture to the floor. Our chips will not fade in direct sunlight.

Step 5

Once the basecoat is fully cured the floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose or vertical standing flakes.

Step 6

The final step is to roll out the UV stable polyaspartic clear coat.
