Roger and Angel Tedrow have a successful marriage of 25 years and are the parents of 3Girls. Roger, Angel, and their 3Girls live on 31 acres in Central Ohio with their highly-energetic, German Shepherd puppies, Duke and Ryder. 25 years of marriage and 15 years of doing construction as a family business, the Tedrows are passionate about giving back to the community, supporting local charities and running a family and faith based business.
The Tedrow Family enjoys spending time as a family, attending their church, camping, and hanging out in the woods on their property. The 3G’s all have hobbies and other things they are involved in addition to 3G. |
Janessa Tedrow - Director of Operations

Janessa Dawn Tedrow is girl number one of 3G. She is the Director of Operations. She graduated from Ohio Christian University with a Business Management Degree, has a photography degree from The New York Institute of Photography, and she is a Licensed Realtor with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate. She runs her own photography business called J. Dawn Photography.

Janae Tedrow - Director of Marketing

Janae Brook Tedrow is girl number two of 3G. She is the Marketing Director. She has a Business Management Degree from Ohio Christian University. Her knowledge of business and skills in art enables her to bring to life the marketing design for our company. She is an artist and an art teacher.

Jenna Tedrow - Director of Cummunication and Scheduling

Jenna LaKay Tedrow is girl number three of 3G. She is the Scheduling and Communications Director. She is currently a senior in High School and is going to college to become a Dentist Hygienist. She helps with scheduling, communications, and admin duties.
