Q: What is the price per square foot?
A: We do not price a project solely on square footage. We have a lot of customization options and add ons. We also have to complete a moisture test and hardness test to ensure a moisture barrier isn’t needed or extra grinding is required. Our pricing is based on scope of work. We have to see the project with our eyes first before quoting a price! There are too many variables with our systems!
Q: What is the solids content of your base coat?
A: Penntek offers a pure polyurea base coat that is over 99.5% solids. This means our product does not contain fillers or additives to cut costs or quality.
Q: How do you prep the concrete prior to installation?
A: We use only the highest quality floor prep equipment and triple-filtered HEPA vacuums. Our mender is used to repair cracks and pits. Prep is key in achieving a long-lasting floor!
